Starting July 1, 2025, Primestin Care will partner with Teladoc Health®, a trusted leader in telehealth services, to provide you with improved telemedicine access to healthcare professionals whenever you need them.

  • Continue to use the Primestin Care app to manage your profile, household, and connect with the care coordination team.

Signing Up for Teladoc Health

Setting up your Teladoc Health account is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps: 

Step-by-Step Guide

01 - Go to the Teladoc Health website 

Visit TeladocHealth.com on your phone or computer. 

02 - Click “Register Now” or “Sign up.” 

03 - Confirm your benefits 

Provide some basic information about yourself to verify your eligibility. 


Note: Do not check the "I received a Teladoc Health code from my employer or insurance company."

04 - Find your coverage

  1. Once your eligibility is confirmed, the platform will match you with your employer-sponsored* care option.
  2. Review the matched coverage carefully. 

   3.  Click “Next” to continue.  

05 - Create your account

Enter your contact information, username, password, and security questions.

01 - Open and log in to the Primestin Care app

Use your existing username and password. If you are new to the Primestin Care app select “New to App” and create an account.

02 - Initiate your visit

Tap the "Request a Visit" button clearly displayed in your app.

03 - View the in-app notification

A notification will inform you that you are securely transitioning from the Primestin Care app to the Teladoc Health website.

04 - Redirect to Teladoc Health website

You will be automatically taken to the Teladoc Health website.

05 - Sign in to Teladoc Health

Enter you Teladoc login details (create an account if you are new to Teladoc Health) and quickly begin your visit with a provider.

  • Do I need to setup a Teladoc account?

    Starting July 1st, creating your Teladoc account is required. If you've previously used Teladoc, you can conveniently use your existing credentials.

  • Do I have to download a new app?

    No, the Primestin Care app remains your access point.

  • Are there additional fees?

    There will be no co-pay required for Teladoc Health standard telehealth services

  • How do I add a dependent (and who can invite adult dependents to use the app)?

    Only the primary member can invite adult dependents to create their own login for the Primestin Care app. 


    Here’s how:

    1. Log in to your Primestin Care app.
    2. Tap “Households.” You’ll see a list of all household members.
    3. For members 18 or older, you’ll see an “Invite” button next to their name.
    4. Tap “Invite.”
    5. A new screen will appear where you can confirm or edit the dependent’s email and phone number.
    6. Tap “Send Invite” to send them an email invitation.
    7. To make changes before sending, tap “Edit Information” to update their contact details.

  • How do my dependents set up their Teladoc Health account?

    Once a dependent is invited, they’ll need to:

    1. Accept the invitation sent by the primary member.
    2. Download the Primestin Care app.
    3. Create their own Primestin Care account through the app.
    4. Once their account is set up, they can create or sign in to their Teladoc Health account directly from the app.
