Primestin Care uses a membership-based model, meaning you pay the same predictable monthly fee for your care. By stepping outside traditional insurance, we help you avoid surprise bills, deductibles, and complicated claims.
Your membership connects you with medical providers, mental health support, and a care team who can coordinate appointments, specialist referrals, in-person visits, and more.

Becoming a Primestin Care member only takes a few minutes.

Look for your welcome email, then sign in to your Primestin Care account to set up your profile.

*Note: These services are available with visit fees and no limit on number of visits per year. The visit fees per service are: Office Primary Care Visit - $20; Specialist Care Visit - $50; Urgent Care Visit - $50. Lab work - a virtual card with up to $250 per year is provided in advance for lab services

How to Access Your Care
Your membership connects you directly to care that’s simple to reach and easy to use. Whether it’s a quick question, a non-emergency concern, or ongoing support, we’re here to help you get the right care every time.
Virtual Care
Need help fast? Open the Primestin Care app and request a visit. You’ll be connected to a provider 24/7 for medical or mental health needs.
*Please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for emergencies.
In-Person or Specialist Care
If you’re a Primary Care or Advanced Care member, our care coordination team is just a call away through the app or by scheduling a time to meet with them. They’ll help arrange an in-person visit near you or connect you with the right specialist.
Primary Care members also have the option to visit our St. George clinic for in-person care.
Mental Health Support
Access licensed therapists and mental health tools, included in your membership.
