Meet Our St George Providers
Dr. Jeff Lee
Dr. Lee is a family medicine specialist with over 30 years of experience in medical care, from rural private practice to consultations in the board rooms of healthcare organizations across the country. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed residency in Family Medicine at the University of Utah.
He currently practices in St. George UT, is the Chief Medical Officer for Utah Provider Group, and volunteers as a medical consultant, Board member and Treasurer for Zion HealthShare.

Rachelle Sullivan, FNP
Rachelle was born in Cedar City, Utah and has spent most of her life in the St. George area. She received her Nurse Practitioner training and Master's Degree of Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. She is Board-Certified in her field. She holds a Bachelor's Degree of Nursing that she earned from Southern Utah University and a Business Degree from Dixie State University. She has experience in management of acute and chronic medical conditions, which comes from her experience of working as a primary care provider both in clinic and mobile as well as urgent care and advanced wound care. She also worked for 6 years as a nurse in the ER and medical/surgical departments prior to obtaining her FNP.

Dr. Jayson Malufau
Dr. Malufau is a board-certified family physician with specialized training in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. He has led Wound and Hyperbaric programs as Medical Director in Arizona and Utah and now practices direct primary care with Primestin. A Utah Tech (formerly Dixie State) alumnus, he earned his DO from Touro University Nevada and completed residency at Kingman Regional Medical Center. Raised in Lā‘ie, O‘ahu, his Samoan heritage grounds him in respect and service. The work ethic he brings to medicine was forged on the football field, where he attended Utah Tech on scholarship. Guided by faith and family—he and his wife, Shauna, are raising five children—he offers a compassionate, partnership-based approach and works alongside patients to improve whole-person well-being.

Lorraine Spiers, FNP
Lorraine is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) from Memphis, Tennessee, with 15 years of nursing experience across academic, suburban, and rural hospitals. She has also worked as a legal nurse consultant supporting medical malpractice defense teams in Memphis and Las Vegas. Lorraine earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University in Independence, Missouri. As an FNP, she has cared for patients of all ages in Arizona and Tennessee and now practices with Primestin Care, bringing a practical, patient-centered approach to primary care.
